Ingredients:
• Color Right Performance Food Coloring Set | --- |
• Your favorite cupcake recipe or mix | --- | 4 to 4 1/2 cups
• White Decorator Icing | --- | 4.5 lb.

Instructions

1. Bake cupcakes in red and yellow liners according to the recipe directions. Let cool.
2. Tint icing according the formulas listed above. Reserve 2 cups of white icing.Color Right Color Formulas Used:
- Bright & Bold Yellow: 2 cups white icing + 2 O + 10 Y

- Autumn Red: 2 cups white icing + 40 C
3. Prepare bags with 3-Color Coupler and tip 1M. Fill separate bags with each color of icing; pipe swirl on top of cupcakes.
