• Pumpkin Puree | - | 1 can (15 ounces)
• Granulated Sugar | 53572 | 1-1/2 cups
• Vegetable Oil | - | 1/2 cup
• Eggs | - | 3

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.
2. In large bowl, combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
3. In medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
4. Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in mix-ins, if using.
5. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 65-72 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Cool in pan on cooling rack 15 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
