If you have a chocolate craving but don’t want to make a whole portion of brownies, this Individual Chocolate Chip Brownie recipe is for you! Small enough to make only 4 brownies, this recipe is great for families or sharing with a loved one. While we filled ours with semi-sweet chocolate chips, you could also use peanut butter chips, nuts or your favorite candies to add a personal touch!

• All-Purpose Flour | - | 2/3 cup
• Cocoa Powder | 66036 | 2 tablespoons
• Baking Powder | 62713 | 1/2 teaspoon
• Salt | - | 1/2 teaspoon
• Butter | - | 6 tablespoons
• Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, divided | 12429 | 1-1/2 cups
• Granulated Sugar | 53572 | 1/2 cup
• Eggs | - | 2
• Vanilla Extract | 67721 | 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Mini Round Cake Pans with vegetable pan spray.
2. Step 2 - In small bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt; set aside.
3. Step 3 - In medium microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and 1 cup chocolate chips on half power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture; mix until just combined. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
4. Step 4 - Divide batter evenly among prepared pans, smoothing tops.
5. Step 5 - Bake 27-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 minutes then remove to cooling grid to cool completely.
