Bob's Red Mill 8 Grain Hot Cereal is a whole grain breakfast cereal made from a blend of corn, oats, brown rice, oat bran, millet, sorghum, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed. It is prepared as a warm cereal and can be enjoyed with sweet or savory toppings. Add-ins such as brown sugar, butter and cinnamon, sliced banana, fresh berries, toasted coconut, or dried cherries can be used to customize each bowl.

How to Use:

For one serving, combine ¼ cup cereal with ½ cup water and a pinch of salt. Bring the water and salt to a boil, slowly whisk in the cereal, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.
