Product Information:

Bob’s Red Mill 10 Grain Bread Mix combines whole grains, bread flour, flaxseed and a yeast packet to make a homemade multi-grain loaf. The resulting bread has a mild, nutty flavor and can be prepared by hand, with a stand mixer, or in a bread machine. Enjoy the finished loaf warm with butter, or use it for sandwiches, French toast and other bread-based recipes.

How to Use:

Add the included yeast packet, water and oil to the bread mix according to the package or recipe instructions. The dough can be prepared by hand, in a stand mixer, or in a bread machine, then baked according to the applicable instructions.
