Product Information:

Bob's Red Mill Stone Ground Cornbread & Muffin Mix makes it easy to prepare homemade cornbread and cornbread muffins. Made with cornmeal, whole wheat flour, buttermilk powder, and other baking ingredients, the mix can be prepared as a classic cornbread or used for muffins. It can also be adapted for sweet or savory variations with ingredients such as brown sugar, strawberries, bacon, tomatoes, or cheddar cheese.

How to Use:

For classic cornbread, combine 2 cups of mix with 1¼ cups water, 1 egg, and ¼ cup oil. Pour into a generously greased 8 x 8-inch pan and bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
