Product Information:

Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix combines organic whole grain flour with real buttermilk for a classic breakfast mix. Simply add milk or water, oil or butter, and an egg to prepare pancakes or waffles at home. The mix is suitable for fluffy pancakes cooked on a skillet or waffles prepared in a waffle iron. Serve with your favorite toppings such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or other breakfast favorites.

How to Use:

For pancakes, combine 1 cup of mix with 1 tablespoon oil, 1 egg, and 3/4 cup water or milk. Cook 1/4-cup portions on a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium-high heat for about 2–3 minutes per side; for waffles, combine 1 cup mix with 2 tablespoons oil, 1 egg, and 1 cup water or milk, then cook according to your waffle iron instructions.


Suggested Recipes:

Buttermilk Pancakes: Combine the mix with oil, egg, and water or milk, then cook portions on a lightly greased griddle and serve with your preferred toppings.
