Product Information:

Bonne Maman Fig Preserves are made with ripe, tender figs for a smooth and naturally sweet fruit flavour. The preserve combines figs with sugar, brown cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice and fruit pectin. It is a versatile choice for spreading on bread, toast or pastries, and can also be enjoyed as a topping for desserts. Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g of finished product.

How to Use:

Spread directly onto bread, toast or pastries, or use as a topping for desserts. Stir before serving if needed.

Fig & Brie Crostini – Spread fig preserves onto toasted baguette slices and top with slices of Brie cheese for a sweet and savoury appetiser.
