Product Information:

Bob's Red Mill Golden Couscous is made from precooked, coarsely ground durum wheat semolina formed into small pasta grains. It cooks in about 5 minutes and has a slightly nutty flavor and hearty texture. Serve it as a side dish, use it as a base for stews, meat, or vegetables, stir it into salads, or pair it with your favorite pasta sauce.

How to Use:

Bring 1¼ cups of water or broth and ½ teaspoon salt to a boil, then add 1 cup of couscous and 2 teaspoons butter or olive oil. Cover, remove from heat, and let stand for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
