Bob’s Red Mill Golden Flaxseed Meal is made from milled golden flaxseeds and has a light golden color with a mild, nutty flavor. It can be added to breads, pancakes, muffins, cookies, oatmeal and smoothies for a versatile way to incorporate flaxseed into everyday recipes. It can also be used in baking as an egg replacer when mixed with water to form a flax gel.

How to Use:

Add Golden Flaxseed Meal to recipes for breads, pancakes, muffins, cookies, oatmeal or smoothies. For use as an egg replacer in baked goods, combine 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed meal with 3 tablespoons of water and allow it to form a gel before using.
