Product Information:

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Vanilla Yellow Cake Mix combines gluten-free flours and starches with vanilla powder to make a versatile cake mix. It can be prepared as a vanilla yellow cake or used as a base for layer cakes, cupcakes, and other cake creations. The mix is made with whole grain sorghum flour and can be prepared with simple ingredients for homemade baking.

How to Use:

Combine 1 package of mix with 3 eggs, ½ cup melted butter or oil, and ½ cup water, then mix according to the package directions. Pour the batter into prepared pans and bake at 325°F, adjusting the baking time according to the pan size and recipe variation.
