Product Information:

Pandan Flavouring Paste is a concentrated flavouring product designed to enhance the aroma and flavour of breads, cakes, and beverages. It provides a distinctive pandan character and is formulated with synthetic pandan flavouring, along with colouring ingredients to contribute to its characteristic appearance. The paste is supplied in a convenient 60ml bottle for use in baking and beverage applications. It can be incorporated into a variety of recipes where pandan flavour is desired.

How to Use:

Use as a flavour and aroma enhancer for bread, cakes, and beverages. The maximum recommended usage is 0.35%, equivalent to 3.5ml per litre.


Suggested Recipes:

Pandan Chiffon Cake — Add the pandan flavouring paste to the cake batter, using no more than the stated maximum usage level, to provide a distinctive pandan aroma and flavour.

Ingredients:

Glucose syrup (contains sulphite preservative), synthetic pandan flavour, sorbitol syrup, propylene glycol, glycerin, synthetic vanilla flavour, colouring (Tartrazine CI 19140, Brilliant Blue FCF CI 42090), ethyl maltol.
