Product Information:

The Sin Lian No.113 Plastic Shell Mould is designed for shaping traditional shell-patterned pastries and other moulded dough preparations. Its ridged surface creates the distinctive textured pattern associated with kuih siput and similar decorative pastries. The elongated mould is easy to hold while shaping individual pieces by hand. It is supplied as a single mould for home or professional baking use.

How to Use:

Place a suitable portion of prepared dough onto the mould and roll or press it across the ridged surface to create the shell pattern. Carefully remove the shaped dough and continue with the recipe according to the preparation instructions.

Kuih Siput: Roll small portions of prepared kuih siput dough over the ridged mould to form the characteristic spiral shell texture, then cook according to your preferred kuih siput recipe.
