Our REDMAN Snow Skin (Bing Pi) Premix is a convenient premix specially formulated for making soft and chewy snow skin mooncakes. Made in Singapore, this premix combines icing sugar, glutinous rice flour, full cream milk powder, and modified tapioca starch for easy preparation and excellent texture. Perfect for festive and dessert applications.

How to Use:

Mix premix with water. Add shortening, flavouring, and colouring if desired. Rest dough before shaping and moulding into mooncakes.
