Bob’s Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour is made from organic coconut and is a versatile grain-free flour for baking and cooking. Its fine texture works well in pancakes, cookies, muffins and other baked goods, while its ability to absorb liquid makes it useful in recipes specifically formulated for coconut flour. It can also be used as a coating for chicken, fish and other proteins.

How to Use:

Use coconut flour in recipes specifically formulated for coconut flour, following the recipe quantities for liquid and other ingredients. The package recommends replacing up to 20% of the flour called for in a recipe with an equivalent amount of coconut flour and adding additional liquid when needed.

Vanilla Coconut Pound Cake: Use Organic Coconut Flour in the cake batter with the additional eggs and liquid called for in the recipe.
