Product Information:

Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle Mix is made with organic whole grain buckwheat flour, organic stone ground whole wheat flour, cane sugar, baking powder, and salt. The mix can be prepared into pancakes or waffles and has a characteristic buckwheat flavor. Serve with butter and maple syrup, or create a savory variation with bacon and a fried egg.

How to Use:

For pancakes, combine 1 cup of mix with 1 tablespoon oil, 1 egg, and ¾ cup water. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium-high heat and cook until bubbles form and the center is almost set, about 2–3 minutes per side. For waffles, combine 1 cup mix with 2 tablespoons oil, 1 egg, and 1 cup water, then cook according to your waffle iron manufacturer's instructions.
