The Sin Lian No.115 Plastic Tart Mould is designed for shaping tart shells and other moulded pastry preparations. Its ridged surface creates a textured pattern on the dough, giving shaped pastries a distinctive appearance. The mould features a simple elongated design that can be held by hand while shaping the dough. It is supplied as one plastic mould for pastry preparation.

How to Use:
