Product Information:

REDMAN Corn Flour 500G is a halal-certified product of Indonesia made from maize. It is primarily used to add texture and thicken dishes rather than contribute flavour. This product is also available in 3kg and 10kg sizes for larger-scale use.

How to Use:

Add into your recipe as instructed as a form of thickener. Blend one part corn flour with two parts cold liquid and stir until smooth before adding to the item you would like to thicken. If corn flour is added to hot liquid, lumps will form.

Egg Drop Soup, Cornstarch Gravy and Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding.
