It is suitable for pastries and desserts, cakes and icing, baking and biscuits, as well as sauces and cooking. The 25kg bulk carton is designed for professional kitchens and high-volume food preparation.

How to Use:

Use as unsalted butter for pastries and desserts, cakes and icing, baking and biscuits, sauces and cooking. Keep frozen at -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
