Product Information:

Bob’s Red Mill Active Dry Yeast is a baking ingredient for preparing yeasted breads and other baked goods. It can be used for sandwich bread, dinner rolls, artisan bread, pizza crust, whole wheat bread and cinnamon rolls. The package contains 227g of active dry yeast for home baking and bread-making recipes.

How to Use:

Proof the active dry yeast in warm water at about 110°F for 5 minutes to activate it, optionally adding a small amount of sugar or another sweetener. Use the activated yeast according to your recipe; 2¼ teaspoons of active dry yeast equals one standard ¼-ounce packet of yeast.
