Product Information:

Rich's Double Cream 1L is a blended vegetable oil and buttermilk cream product designed for both cooking and whipping applications, supplied in a 1 litre Tetra Pak carton.

How to Use:

Shake well before use. For cooking, use directly from pack. For whipping, chill to 4–7°C, add 15–20% sugar to taste, and whip until soft but firm peaks form. After opening, refrigerate at 4–7°C and use within 14 days. Do not freeze.
