Bob’s Red Mill Stone Ground Whole Grain Sorghum Flour is made from 100% whole grain sorghum and has a mild, sweet flavor with a light texture. It can be used in gluten-free baking for pancakes, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins and flatbreads such as jowar roti. Add it to flour blends or use it in recipes that call for sorghum flour.

How to Use:

Use Sorghum Flour in baking recipes as directed. When using it as a wheat flour alternative, combine it with a suitable binder such as xanthan gum when required by the recipe.
