Product Information:

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix makes it easy to prepare a homemade loaf with a gluten-free blend of whole grain sorghum flour, potato starch, cornstarch, pea protein powder, and tapioca flour. The mix can be used to make sandwich bread and can also be adapted for dinner rolls or hamburger buns. The prepared bread can be enjoyed for sandwiches, toast, bread crumbs, croutons, and other recipes that use a basic loaf of bread.

How to Use:

Combine the bread mix with the included yeast packet, warm water, egg, egg whites, and melted unsalted butter or oil as directed on the package. Mix the ingredients, transfer the batter to a prepared baking pan, allow it to rise for about 45–60 minutes, then bake at 350°F until the crust is deep golden brown and the interior reaches 210°F.
