Product Information:

A fuss-free way to whip up soft and moist chocolate sponge cakes. REDMAN Chocolate Sponge Cake Premix is specially formulated to provide convenience and consistent baking results for both home bakers and professionals. Simply mix with eggs and water to create fluffy chocolate sponge cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts with rich cocoa flavour. This product is available in 1kg and 10kg sizes.

How to Use:

Mix cake mix with eggs and water. Whisk at medium speed for 3 minutes and continue whisking at high speed for another 8 to 10 minutes until mixture becomes fluffy and doubles in size. Fold in melted butter and bake at 175°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
