Product Information:

Delicious chocolate pudding made easy by simply adding water. Our REDMAN Chocolate Pudding Powder is a halal-certified premix created in Singapore by a former hotel chef. Made with a rich blend of sugar, non-dairy creamer, cocoa powder, glucose, carrageenan salt, and flavouring, this pudding mix delivers a smooth and creamy chocolate dessert with minimal preparation. Ideal for home bakers, cafés, dessert shops, and catering use. Available in 95g and 1kg pack sizes.

How to Use:

Pour the premix into hot water (70–80°C) and stir until fully dissolved. Pour into moulds or serving cups and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set before serving. A 95g pack yields approximately five 100ml servings.
